SHOTS FIRED3/30/2018 GAME DAY RECAPThe Doctor & Venus review the LFL preseason game between the Los Angeles Stars and The Cincinnati Hit GirlsGAME DAY FINALHIT GIRLS 17 - STARS 14 “DOCTOR” JOHNNY FEVER: Well guys, the first and last preseason game of 2018 is in the books and it saw yet another nail-biter between The Hit Girls and The Stars. Last season these teams met in 2 match ups and The Stars had our number on both occasions as they won both games by a margin of less than 7 points. People expected this game to go the same way, and it did not disappoint! This game, Cincy trailed until the last 2 minutes and 45 seconds of the 4th quarter. VENUS FLYTRAP: I thought The Stars were gonna run away with another victory here Doc! The Stars put on a masterful ground attack that netted them a 14 to 3 point advantage going into the half. Kenzi Grey was struggling to find open receivers to get into the end zone. I don’t know what kind of pep talk they got in the locker room from their new coach, Generic Heel, but whatever it was Daddy, it couldn’t have come at a better time! “DOCTOR” JOHNNY FEVER: Cincy buckled down some tough running by Millisandre Crowthorne, who finally found the end zone on an 11 yard scamper after our ‘Defensive’ Center Cartier opened up a huge hole in the defense and sprung Crowthorne loose inside the red zone.
VENUS FLYTRAP: ‘Defensive’ Center, huh? Well, all jokes aside, Cartier was head and NECK above the rest on the O-line as she laid 5 punishing pancake blocks to turn the tide. Apparently all that trash talk really had her fired up!
“DOCTOR” JOHNNY FEVER: Cincy was behind and they were desperate. Generic Heel was quick to call for a 2-point conversion to try to close the 5 point lead by the Stars, but LA was ready for it and they stopped the attempt cold. The Hit Girls kept fighting and it didn’t seem like they would get another chance until late in the 4th quarter after key receptions by Trixie and Sativa Nevaeh put the Hit Girls on the 5 yard line. With just under 3 minutes to play, ‘The Clear Connection’ of Kenzi Grey and Roxu Cotton finally hit pay dirt with a touchdown that put The Hit Girls up by 1. Generic Heel rolled the dice a second time and the team responded as they converted a 2-point conversion to go up by 3 points with 2 minutes and 45 seconds left on the clock. VENUS FLYTRAP: I can’t lie Doc, I saw this game being an L for The Hit Girls as The Stars started marching right back down the field. It looked like LA was going to make them pay for leaving so much time on the clock, but the game was put on ice with a very timely interception by Ashley Marie Chase to secure the preseason win at home! “DOCTOR” JOHNNY FEVER: It was only preseason, so this game doesn’t count, but at least the team got to see where they were against a team that played them really tough last year in a pair of heartbreaking losses. Some quick takeaways for me; Kenzi was much more efficient this game, she protected the ball well and didn’t take a lot of chances. She hit all of her receivers, including the running back, only missing 8 tosses. Trixie showed why she was so highly sought after as she led all receivers with 93 yards off 6 catches. Finally, like I said before, Cartier was a bruiser on the line as she opened huge holes for the runners. VENUS FLYTRAP: Fair enough on brown sugah, Ms. Cartier; that girl is built like a sexy Mack Truck…or maybe a sexy long neck giraffe! That being said, the OTHER one doesn’t get off that easy with me! Once again, I am not convinced that Kenzi is the answer for this team. Sure, she didn’t toss any picks and she had a very good passer rating, but if she wants to get this team anywhere near the playoffs…let alone out of the toilet of the division, she needs to score touchdowns and stop scrambling for negative yards! On to your point about Trixie; yes, she earned every penny of that restructured contract, but let’s not put her over the REAL star out there in receiving today, my Boo Roxy Cotton! She led all receivers in number of catches and she scored the touchdown that finally gave The Hit Girls the lead! “DOCTOR” JOHNNY FEVER: Fair enough Venus! I can’t argue the stats, but it was a team effort by all of the wideouts and the Offensive Player of the Game, Milisandre. Defensively, Coda led in tackles, with 7, while standout performances were put on by Le Bord de Dieu, with 2 tackles for losses and a sack and AMC with an interception to end it. VENUS FLYTRAP: It was a great defensive performance by all of the ladies! I am going to single out Melissa Aki who played the game with a back injury she sustained last night in a wrestling match, and she still managed to turn in 5 tackles and 2 pancake blocks! Maki is a warrior! “DOCTOR” JOHNNY FEVER: I good game turned in by The Hit Girls, with only one minor glitch, and that came from Bordy as she picked up the only team penalty. I’m not sure if she doesn’t know the rules or she just doesn’t care, but that will need to be corrected before the season starts. VENUS FLYTRAP: Coach Generic Heel didn’t seem to mind. Hell! I think he congratulated her on her ‘heel’ tactics on the field! “DOCTOR” JOHNNY FEVER: Why is that not surprising. Okay folks, that will do it for the Game Day recap! Join us next time when we preview game 1 of the new season. VENUS FLYTRAP: GOOD NIGHT!

QUICK HITS
3/30/2018 GAME DAY INTERVIEW F. Alexander Quinn interviews your favorite Hit Girls following the preseason game against the Los Angeles Stars on 30 March 2018! FAQS: Good afternoon Milisandre! Do you have time to talk to me about the LFL and your role with the Hit Girls this season? MILISANDRE CROWTHORNE: Uh, sure I guess. FAQS: First of all, congratulations on being named Offensive Player of the Game yesterday. You put on quite a display of power running out there! MILISANDRE CROWTHORNE: Thanks. I just, like, did what I always do. Nice to be recognized for it tbh FAQS: Especially with the controversy in the off season with the team looking to sign a second running back because of concerns with your shoulder injury. How is that injury and how did you feel about Cincy trying to bring in a second back to basically compete for your job? MILISANDRE CROWTHORNE: The injury has healed and doesn't bother me anymore. Took some time off of my wrestling career to let it heal. I told them that they didn't need anyone else in the backfield with me but they felt otherwise. Just have to, like, show them that they aren't needed FAQS: Well, they signed a fullback ( Madd Maxine) and they also signed Cartier who is a natural running back. In fact, it was her that opened up those holes in the defense for you. Are you concerned that she might have opened eyes about her potential as a power back that could replace you? MILISANDRE CROWTHORNE: Not really. All anyone has to do is, like, look at my performance last season. I had someone the best games for the team with use of only one arm in my rookie season. Now that, like, I know a bit more and have worked with the team I can only do better. FAQS: Are you concerned that there is someone in the back office who has it in for you? MILISANDRE CROWTHORNE: Honestly I wouldn't be surprised. I'm not, like, exactly the best poster person. I have plenty of bad habits and issues with people on the team. But, like, I put in the work and more than counter Kenzi Grey's lousy running ability. Love you though Kenz, just stop running! FAQS: SHADE! Controversy creates #BitchCoins Thank you very much for the time today and good luck this season! MILISANDRE CROWTHORNE: Yeah sure. And, like, thanks and stuff -FIN-

QUICK HITS3/30/2018 GAME DAY INTERVIEWF. Alexander Quinn interviews your favorite Hit Girls following the preseason game against the Los Angeles Stars on 30 March 2018!
FAQS: Hello AMC, do you have a few minutes to talk about the LFL and your end of game heroics yesterday? ASHLEY MARIE CHASE: Of course sir. Fire away. FAQS: Yesterday your team named you the Hit Girls Defensive Player of the game after your interception ended the game. Can you tell us what you were thinking and how it felt to be carried off the field? ASHLEY MARIE CHASE: It felt great honestly. Last year I missed some practices which hurt but this year we changed some things up and last night was a perfect example. If we can play that defense all the time I expect big things this year for us. FAQS: The change certainly did seem to be a much better one for you. Does it bother you that people still continue to blame you for all of the sacks that Kenzi Grey takes during games? It seems unfair to me. ASHLEY MARIE CHASE: Well it does get old especially since Kenzi has a habit of taking off to soon but with the changes this year I expect Kenzi will stay on her feet more this season. Look for her to throw for yards and not end up on her back. FAQS: I’m going to ask you a question and I need an honest answer from you; do you think you should be Quarterback this season? ASHLEY MARIE CHASE: Honestly at the end of last season I definitely thought I should be. However I have seen Kenzi strive to improve her game so right now I think we got it right. Just STOP running Kenzi! I also think Kenzi is a smarter QB this year and that will help her development sir. FAQS: I think you avoided my question, but I’ll give you a pass on that. I understand you’ll be in action in the ring tonight, can you tell the fans what to expect? ASHLEY MARIE CHASE: Victory. Don't get me wrong both Eavan Maloney and Katie M. are tough but I don't plan on losing my debut and will do what it takes to get my hand raised in victory. FAQS: Well, I’m sure all of your fans will be behind you tonight! I’m sure you’ll do great! Thank you for taking the time to speak with me! ASHLEY MARIE CHASE: Happy to oblige! -FIN-

QUICK HITS3/30/2018 GAME DAY INTERVIEWF. Alexander Quinn interviews your favorite Hit Girls following the preseason game against the Los Angeles Stars on 30 March 2018!
FAQS: Roxy, do you have a few minutes to talk to me about the LFL and your game yesterday? ROXY COTTON: If it's about me, I always have time bb FAQS: Yesterday’s game was looking pretty bleak until you scored the go ahead touchdown in the last three minutes. Can you tell the fans what was going through your mind on that last offensive series? ROXY COTTON: It was really easy, like, I'm really really good at it. So I run to the end zone and like, just turn to Kenzi and I'm screaming THROW IT TO ME THROW IT TO ME And she did, so we won! FAQS: That did seem to be how it happened, more or less. You and Kenzi Grey seem to have a pretty good connection out there. You were her favorite target last season, and you were again yesterday. Do you think the coaching change to Generic Heel will be a good one for you? ROXY COTTON: He seems weird and I think he was trying to peek in the showers after the game but he seems to know what he's doing. Way better than our last coach. FAQS: Well he certainly seems aggressive with his play calling. Hopefully that will be the key to getting those elusive wins. I noticed you got some help on special teams in the form of Sativa Nevaeh. Last season you did the bulk of returns. Is this a good change from last year? ROXY COTTON: Well I guess we'll see. Honestly it feels weird having to share a locker room with a lesbian, especially since she's dating one of my arch enemies in LAW, Kate Steele. I did a great job on returns last season, but it might be better to focus my obvious athletic gifts on offense. FAQS: Errr, aren’t there already lesbians on your team? ROXY COTTON: NO! No one ever calls Maki or AMC or Kenzi lesbians, only Sativa. So I think she's the only one! FAQS: Oh! Well, you might have a point there. Before I let you go, I’d heard a rumor that you might have been abducted and probed by aliens. Do you think it’s possible that their experiments may have enhanced your performance? ROXY COTTON: Hmmmm well, I took like six pregnancy tests this week and everything came back fine. Plus, I'm vegan so PEDs don't work on me anyway. You think they could have? I think I was just as good before the aliens but I do feel a lot stronger... like... down there? Like I got a workout. FAQS: Entirely possible Ms. Cotton! Before I let you go, where can the fans see you next? ROXY COTTON: Well, I'm going to be at the UGWC show this weekend to support one of my very bestest friends ever, Angie Vaughn. She has to fight a weird cartoon person and I know what that's like. Plus, I have some business to finish there myself. Then next Friday the season starts! FAQS: That sounds exciting! Thank you very much for the interview Ms. Cotton and best of luck this season! ROXY COTTON: Any time you want to talk about me again just let my agent know! FAQS: Who is your agent? ROXY COTTON: I'll DM you. Oh, wait, it looks like you already DMed me... OH MY GOD WTF FAQS: THAT WAS AN ACCIDENT! Unless you liked it. ROXY COTTON: I did not! FAQS: Oh, then yes, it was an accident. Have a great night Ms. Cotton! -FIN-

QUICK HITS3/30/2018 GAME DAY INTERVIEWF. Alexander Quinn interviews your favorite Hit Girls following the preseason game against the Los Angeles Stars on 30 March 2018!
FAQS: Sir, would you mind answering some questions about your new role as Head Coach of the Hit Girls this season? GENERIC HEEL: Certainly! It will be your pleasure. FAQS: First off, congratulations on scoring the position with the team. However, I have to ask, why the Hit Girls? There are certainly much better teams out there in need of a coach. GENERIC HEEL: Speaking from a purely statistical record, that is true. However, there seem to be a LOT of [BEEP!] on the team, which means that I have a greater chance of adding to the list of satisfied riders of Generic Mountain. Q.E.D. FAQS: Wow! That doesn’t sound too PC in this era of #MeToo! I submit that you selected the Hit Girls because they are the most Heel team in the entire LFL! GENERIC HEEL: We’re not here to be PC, pal. We’re here to score. See what I did there? Damn, I’m smooth. Anyway, yeah, the girls are pretty heelish. Especially that Angie Vaughn chick. Makes an old villain's eye water, seeing her with that loaded boot all the time. FAQS: I’m glad you brought her up. I couldn’t help but notice that you took her out of the game in favor of a pair of 2-point conversion attempts. Do you have a personal vendetta against her? You said she brought a tear to your eye, but she was very upset last week. GENERIC HEEL: That had nothing to do with Angie and everything to do with Kenzi Grey’s negative yardage on the field! That girl can’t scramble for [BEEP!]! Not sure if she lead in yards LOST last year, but she HAS to be Top 3! I had to get aggressively creative to get points on the board. FAQS: So you’re looking for aggression from your players this year. Are there any that have managed to impress you, besides Angie? GENERIC HEEL: I appreciate how hard Cartier hits, and I also appreciate how she looks at me as if I am going to be her next bad idea. And that whole "I'm pretending to be a demon" thing from Daniela is both hot and dangerous, so that helps. FAQS: Interesting! I understand Cartier generates a lot of power through her neck and Daniela draws power from the underworld. Do you have any plans or training regimens that you plan to employ to get more results from your players? GENERIC HEEL: Well, there IS the intense cardio sessions that are mandatory. Roxy knows all about that. Her mom does, too. #2For1Deal! Additionally, everyone has to pass the FOR THE LOVE OF GOD WILL YOU PLEASE STOP SUCKING ASS written test. Multiple choice. FAQS: Would you mind sharing the current pass/fail rate? GENERIC HEEL: Final Exam is this Friday, right before game time. Anyone who doesn't pass owes me laps! And licks! And #SpoilerAlert, there is TONS of room for extra credit and my calendar is clear for anyone looking for one-on-one tutoring. FAQS: Would you mind sharing your thoughts on your expectations from the Hit Girls this season? GENERIC HEEL: I expect to at LEAST double our wins from last year, even if that means I have to whack Kenzi's ass with a paddle. Sidney Grey knows all about my skills with a paddle. And expect Roxy to be THE most watched receiver in the entire league again. FAQS: Lofty goals Sir! Before I conclude this, I understand you’re putting your epic undefeated streak on the line in Fight 2 Win. Is there anything you’d like to say to your generic fans? GENERIC HEEL: My fans know exactly what to expect from me: Another win is expected, so that it is expectedly generic. Wins for that hot mama Elina Cartel are probably rare, and thus NOT generic, but she'll learn real quick why I am undefeated in 27 years of combat. FAQS: An amazing win streak in any sport Sir! Thank you for sharing your time with me today and best of luck on Friday! -FIN-

SHOTS FIRED4/6/2018 GAME DAY RECAPThe Doctor & Venus review game 1 of the LFL regular season between the Phoenix Burn and The Cincinnati Hit GirlsGAME DAY FINALHIT GIRLS 10 - BURN 20
“DOCTOR” JOHNNY FEVER: It was the first game of the regular season as Phoenix came to Cincy and the game was a stone cold barn burner! The first quarter was a back and forth battle that yielded no points for either team. The second quarter was dominated by the Burn as they went up 10 to nothing. The third quarter saw the Hit Girls buckle down on defense and Milisandre Crowthorne broke through the lines and ripped off a nearly 30 yard scamper to pull within 3 points. The fans were on their feet at the start of the forth as the offense was stopped by a fumble in Phoenix territory that was recovered by Sativa Nevaeh. Angie Vaughn came in and tied up the game with a 30+ yarder. VENUS FLYTRAP: Yeah Doc! It looked like The Girls were gonna pull out another fourth quarter comeback, but The Burn buckled down on Defense and kept Cincy out of the scoring position. Late in the fourth, Phoenix went up on a 33 yard field goal with just over 4 minutes left to go. Cincy made a last ditch effort to close the gap, but fumbles and an interception put The Burn on the 5 yard line and Kaylen Burrows plowed into the end zone, putting the game out of reach. “DOCTOR” JOHNNY FEVER: With that loss, Cincy finds themselves in the all too familiar position of being down in one of the toughest divisions in the LFL. That being said, there were a few bright spots. The offensive line did a good job of protecting the quarterback and holding the Phoenix to no sacks, though they did hurry Kenzi Lacklan in the pocket at critical moments. VENUS FLYTRAP: Sidney Grey and Generic Heel may have fixed some things on offense, but until they find a way to put some points on the board, this seems like the same old Cincy to me! Kenzi may not be on her back as much, but she still needs to get the team into the end zone! If she can’t do that, this needs to be her LAST year in Cincy! “DOCTOR” JOHNNY FEVER: Well, this was only game 1 of 16 in the regular season Venus. Building a new franchise is not something that happens in a season or two. Sometimes staying the course is what gets you to where you need to go! VENUS FLYTRAP: And sometimes firing people lightens the load and gets you to where you need to be quicker! “DOCTOR” JOHNNY FEVER: Alright! That will do it for this recap of Cincy’s lost to Phoenix. Game two takes place this Friday as The Hit Girls travel to LA to for a rematch of this season’s preseason game with The Stars. The Stars are riding high atop the division after a tough win last week and they will be looking to continue their winning ways over Cincy in regular season play. VENUS FLYTRAP: The Stars are going to brimming with confidence and looking to erase the memory of their preseason loss. You said it before the season started that The Stars are the measuring stick for Cincy, so if they can’t get over that hurdle on Friday, that will certainly be telling for where this team REALLY is this season. I don’t want to say it’s a must win daddy; but this game is a MUST win in my eyes! “DOCTOR” JOHNNY FEVER: We will see what kind of adjustments our coach comes up with. Until then; I’m The Doctor… VENUS FLYTRAP: …and I’m Venus… “DOCTOR” JOHNNY FEVER: We will see you on Game Day!

QUICK HITS4/6/2018 GAME DAY INTERVIEW F. Alexander Quinn interviews your favorite Hit Girls following game 1 against the Phoenix Burn on 6 April 2018!
FAQS: Maki, do you have time to speak with me about the LFL and your game with the Hit Girls? MELISSA AKI: Yes of course! FAQS: Fantastic! First things first, game one was a loss to The Burn. Probably not the way you had hoped your first regular season game would go. That being said, you had a pretty solid performance out there. How are you feeling? MELISSA AKI: I am a bit annoyed that we lost especially after having a very good pre-season win last week. I felt myself and Ash did a good job but offensively we let ourselves down but we will bounce back. FAQS: Speaking of the offense and Ashley Marie Chase, you two have actually had a huge impact there. I’m not sure of you realize it or not, but you two led in pancakes! You had 7 and AMC had 10! Are the two of you in competition for top honors there? MELISSA AKI: Yes we both love pancakes and we eat them every day! But seriously we are competing for who can do the most pancakes. It also helps the team as we are competitive and know each other so well. It is important and I felt we opened up Mili very well FAQS: Very impressive, especially since this is your rookie season! I’m sure that you will only improve from here! How much of that do you attribute to the coaching of Generic Heel? MELISSA AKI: Well he is a mentor but also a bit of a chauvinistic, narcissistic pig. As well as a hell of a pervert but as long as we get results I don't care FAQS: I’m sorry you have to put up with that. Perhaps you can take your concerns to Sidney Grey? MELISSA AKI: Maybe it is me as I do not deal well with authority figures.. I just want the team to improve and be the best American Rugby team in the LFL FAQS: Let’s switch gears. After the game you took off immediately for another engagement, can you share what that was? MELISSA AKI: Yes I had to go to a big event for WWA Wrestling called Boom or Bust II. I managed to defeat Taryn Willow and win the hardcore title. FAQS: That is an amazing accomplishment! You must be sore from head to toe after such a grueling day! Tell us, what’s next for you? MELISSA AKI: I am very tired and my body hurts but in the next week I have a few days off to train and socialize before I head to GWD and a massive match for me and then it’s back training for wrestling and the Hit Girls. FAQS: As always Maki, you continue to impress! Thank you for sharing your time with me today! MELISSA AKI: My pleasure doll! -FIN-

QUICK HITS4/6/2018 GAME DAY INTERVIEWF. Alexander Quinn interviews your favorite Hit Girls following game 1 against the Phoenix Burn on 6 April 2018!
FAQS: Cartier do you have time to speak with me about the LFL and the Hit Girls? CARTIER: Oh lawd. Yeah I guess so. I got nothin to do since CC BEEP! ass locked me out the house again. FAQS: Great! Well, not the getting locked out part. Friday was the first game of the regular season, and unfortunately it was a loss against Phoenix. In that game you had 3 tackles and 2 run breaking blocks. What are your thoughts on that game and your performance? CARTIER: I mean I feel like I did good, I did what I was sposed to do. Other team was talkin BEEP! the whole time tho they was just lucky I ain't had my knife wit me. We gonna win next week though, bet. FAQS: I think the officials check the players for weapons now. After that terrible tragedy that happened with Billy Blanks in The Last Boy Scout, they put in metal detectors! I asked Milisandre Crowthorne about being the featured back. I want to ask, do you think you can do better? CARTIER: Hell yeah I can do better than that little white girl. I might got a big phat ass but I can run just ask the popo lmao. She did good tho. She probably BEEP! the coach since he a nasty ass always tryin to get his BEEP! wet anyways. FAQS: Well, I’m not trying to create controversy, but you were brought onto the team as a running back, but somehow got moved to the line. Who do you think was behind that? CARTIER: I think the coach racist as BEEP!. He wear a damn hood don't he? He tried talkin to me all nasty and BEEP! talkin bout jungle fever this and "let's play Thomas Jefferson and Sally Hemings" that. When I shut that BEEP! down I got moved. You tell me. FAQS: Seems clear to me that Generic Heel is at the center of a lot of the issues there. Have you considered bringing your issues to Sidney Grey or even the league office? CARTIER: That BEEP! racist too! She tryna tell me I'm bein "uppity" what th BEEP! that mean? I don't play that BEEP! I don't needa be a snitch I just take them out on the street or let my boo thang Danny J. whip the coach ass lmaoooo FAQS: Let’s switch gears to before the season started. You were a free agent and no one was picking you up, despite lobbying from the league and your friend Kenzi Grey. Why do you think you ended up going to a forced draft expansion that sent you to Cincinnati? CARTIER: I ain't sure. I was always a big fan of the Sin City Sabres and I got a tat to prove it but they ain't called me even tho I'm good with some of they players. The Firebirds said they was gonna call but they didn't even tho I live here. I got no idea. Mistake on them. FAQS: The Firebirds nearly won The Wonder Cup and Sin City Sabres made a great playoff run. Are you resentful about being with the Hit Girls, a team that was at the bottom of the league last season? Perhaps you’d even look for a trade? CARTIER: Nah I like to be loyal, the Hit Girls is my team for this season and I'mma do what I do. I'm just gonna remember the way them other teams blew me off. I don't got a lot of time for my teammates but when we on the field together we there to win. FAQS: Well, speaking of wins and losses, Perry Wallace, owner of the Sabres, sent out the following tweet after LFL Game Day: Perry Wallace TweetHis team also lost, but I’m wondering if maybe he may be keeping a close eye on you, knowing you wanted to be a Sabre. CARTIER: I know I was blowed when I seen that because I thought me and Perry was cool but he just do what he do I guess. I just do me and keep BEEP! one hunnit. FAQS: Ah! Well maybe he is just a huge Cincinnati fan instead. Would you mind telling us about what’s next for you outside of the LFL? CARTIER: I got some BEEP! comin up in SAP Wrestling in a big tag match and I'm hopin I get my singles shot soon too because I know I got a big future there. I might even go all the way in it. For now my white twin Cute Gaming Blond and me gonna run BEEP!. FAQS: Ah! Are you two a tag team? Have you come up with a snazzy team name? CARTIER: Naw but if we was we'd be winning every time you can bet that. This a multi-person match. I wish she was my cousin insteada CC BEEP! up ass FAQS: Well, I’m sure the Cincinnati fans and your teammates will support you two as you strive for success in SAP! Thank you very much for sharing your time with me today, and best of luck in the future! CARTIER: We good! Now I'mma get ready for Danny because he bringin the big wallet lmao -FIN-

QUICK HITS4/6/2018 GAME DAY INTERVIEWF. Alexander Quinn interviews your favorite Hit Girls following game 1 against the Phoenix Burn on 6 April 2018!
FAQS: Kenzi do you have time to speak with me about the LFL and the Hit Girls? KENZI LACKLAN: Sure, I guess. What’s up? FAQS: You guys had a tough loss for your season opener at home against Phoenix. Despite the fact that you picked up Defensive Player of the Game honors and you remain the leading tackler for The Hit Girls, there are people in Cincy calling for your head. Does that bother you? KENZI LACKLAN: Of course it does! I go out there and I try my best to bring some wins to this team! When that doesn’t happen I take it personally. I am the team captain and am responsible for how this team performs. Get one of the Player of the Game honors is great, but Cincy needs me to be the Offensive Player of the Game. That is what they pay me for. FAQS: Your wife is the majority owner of the team and your mother is acting General Manager. It seems unlikely that either of them would cut you, but if they did, which team would you try out for? KENZI LACKLAN: I wouldn’t try out for any other team! Cincy is the team that I signed on with and when my career in the LFL comes to a close, it will close out right here…whether they fire me or I retire. All I want to do is get out there and do this city proud; there isn’t another team out there for me, Cincy is my LFL home. FAQS: Let me ask you about your new coach, Generic Heel. He has been at the center of controversy lately with the chauvinistic comments he frequently makes over social media about your teammates and others. What are your thoughts about him? KENZI LACKLAN: He wasn’t my choice to become Head Coach and if I had my way he wouldn’t be! This is a league for and about females and I think it paints a very bad picture to have a coach who says these things and has this piss poor attitude toward us! Right now, it’s all just talk, but each and every girl in that locker room is my responsibility and if any of them ever feels like he crosses a line with them, then we will have a problem…but we won’t have it for very long! FAQS: Would you be looking to report him to the league office? KENZI LACKLAN: No, but he will probably wish that I had! Madd Maxine is 6 foot 5 and 250 pounds! One word to her and I am sure that all of this crap will be over…quick, fast, and in a hurry! FAQS: Let’s talk about your endeavors off the field. You recently retired from wrestling, so what are you looking to do now? KENZI LACKLAN: I’m not retired, I’m just between federations. I signed on for UGWC Chill, but I am not current a regular roster member anywhere. Maybe in a few months I will find someplace to make home, but right now I am more into moving my film career forward. FAQS: Ah! I heard that you recently became the owner of your own production studio. Tell us about it! KENZI LACKLAN: YES! Actually, my wife purchased it for me so that I can make the kind of films that I want to make without being tied to CTN…though I intent to continue my collaboration with them. I haven’t named the company yet and everything is still in a state of flux, but in the coming months I am looking forward to getting back out there; in front of and behind the camera! FAQS: That sounds great! I want to thank you for taking the time to talk with me today. Best of luck for the rest of the season! KENZI LACKLAN: Thank you very much! -FIN-

SHOTS FIRED4/13/2018 GAME DAY RECAPThe Doctor & Venus review game 1 of the LFL regular season between the Los Angeles Stars and The Cincinnati Hit GirlsGAME DAY FINALHIT GIRLS 28 - STARS 31 “DOCTOR” JOHNNY FEVER: Game 2 is in the books and it was Cincy visiting the team that is quickly becoming the bane of the Hit Girls, the LA Stars. This game was another classic in this divisional rivalry, yet again decided by a single score. The first quarter was a defensive struggle that saw the Stars go up by a field goal. In the second quarter the Stars pulled ahead, going up 17 to 6 as Cincy relied on the kicking of Angie Vaughn to stay in the game. After halftime, Cincy came out firing and Kenzi Lacklan connected with Trixie for a touchdown and a successful 2-point conversion attempt that was called by Generic Heel to pull within 3 points. The fourth quarter was a shootout as both teams traded touchdowns with two from the Stars and Kenzi hitting the dependable Sativa Nevaeh for a score and Milisandre Crowthorne continuing her brilliant running this season as she broke loose for a 20 yard run to pay dirt with 1:15 left on the clock. VENUS FLYTRAP: The Stars were looking to dink and dunk to run out the clock, but once again Angie Vaughn stepped up big and snatched down the second of her two interceptions which put the Hit Girls back in business, though deep in their own territory. Of course, who do you call when you need a big play to get you back on top? #69 Roxy Cotton! Roxy caught a lame duck 51 pass from Kenzi that put them on the Star’s side of the field. Hit Girls’ Stadium was rocking and it looked like they were about to pull it off. Coach did the right thing and dialed up Roxy’s number again and of course she was money as she made a beautiful catch at the pylon for the go-ahead score. Everyone thought that was the game, until she was unjustly flagged for offensive pass interference for a phantom punch that got her the separation she needed to make the catch! “DOCTOR” JOHNNY FEVER: I’m not so sure it was a ‘phantom’ punch, the replay was clear. Regardless, that moved Cincy well out of field goal range and with seconds left to try to cash in, the Hit Girls made a final push. Sativa made a tough catch over the middle, only to get hit and separated from the ball with a brutal hit. A Star’s recovery would have sealed it, but Cartier was right there to recover the fumble and keep the drive alive! The ball was clocked with 2 seconds left to go and one last shot at the end zone. The crowd held their breath as Kenzi dropped back for one last shot and inexplicably Le Bord de Dieu missed a key block resulting in a Beth Taylor sack that ended yet another thrilling game! VENUS FLYTRAP: Typical of Kenzi to get sacked at the worst possible time! Roxy played one of her best games, racking up 141 receiving yards in what should have been a sure win for us! Caity Dawson-Cruz said that she was a below average quarterback and she was 100% right! I don’t know what other evidence the team needs to get rid of her! “DOCTOR” JOHNNY FEVER: Below average is a hell of a stretch Venus! 2 touchdowns and a 110.9 quarterback rating is pretty darn good! Let’s not overlook the fact, that for all intents and purposes, it looks like Bordy actually cleared the way for Kenzi to take that final sack…a sack that left her looking a bit lame after the devastating hit. We haven’t heard any word on her status, though she did leave the field under her own power. VENUS FLYTRAP: All that means to me is that Millie Mack needs to be ready to step up as the backup QB and take that position from Kenzi, once and for all! Hey, I aint rooting for anyone to get hurt, but if I had to pick someone…that’s my pick! Cincy fans probably owe Bordy a debt of gratitude! “DOCTOR” JOHNNY FEVER: This is probably the worst thing that you have ever said and I am going on the record here to say that I do not agree with it…AT ALL! Even in a loss, Kenzi had a very good game and she protected the football for 60 minutes, keeping Cincy in the fight for the entire game. If anyone needs to be looked at, it’s Bordy for possibly intentionally missing an easy block that got our quarterback crushed! VENUS FLYTRAP: Say what you want…that’s how I see it and I am sticking by my opinions on this one! “DOCTOR” JOHNNY FEVER: Regardless, Cincy is now once again in the basement of the division and though there is a lot more football left to play, the suspected injury to Kenzi may put them even further behind in a very tough division. Until next time, I am The Doctor… VENUS FLYTRAP: …and I’m Venus… “DOCTOR” JOHNNY FEVER: We will see you on the next Game Day when Cincy hosts the LA Blackout! See you then!

QUICK HITS4/13/2018 GAME DAY INTERVIEWF. Alexander Quinn interviews your favorite Hit Girls following game 2 against the Los Angeles Stars on 13 April 2018!
FAQS: Angie, do you have some time to talk to me about your game with the LA Stars? ANGIE VAUGHN: Totes! I mean obvs. I mean, wait, are you recording already? Oh, erm... Yes, sir! FAQS: First of all, GREAT game by you in a tough loss. I can’t believe that you were snubbed out of Defensive Player of the Game honors! Three passes defended and two interceptions, not to mention being absolute money in the kicking game. ANGIE VAUGHN: Thank you! I really AM quite happy with my own performance, but I would much rather have been a mediocre pawn in a victory, as the team performance always comes first. As for being snubbed, I don't think that's true, as Beth Taylor was a beast on the field and fully deserved it. But even though I got two interceptions, I'm especially happy I made two rather long field goals. I've missed way too many in my rookie season so I hope I can turn that around. FAQS: Humble as always. You did about as well as you possibly could have on Game Day. I want you to be honest, what do you think was the reason for the loss against the Stars? ANGIE VAUGHN: Our O-line has to improve. And I know I have a part to play in that. We don't always give Kenzi the time or freedom a QB needs to make big plays, so that's on us more than it is on her. And teebee aitch, there was a bit of an erm... suspicious collapse during one sack. But anyway, I don't want to talk down my team mates too much, we're all here to work hard, play hard and have fun. I think. One of them maybe not so much. FAQS: Come on Ang, this is just between the two of us. Tell me who didn’t carry their load in that game. ANGIE VAUGHN: I think we all did the best we could. It seemed to me at certain times like someone is trying to sabotage us from the inside out, but that's probably just me subconsciously looking for a way to explain our losses. I need to look inwards and focus on how *I* can improve, not play the blame game. That would be poor sportsmanship. And like my new good friend Cartier always says, "I ain't bout that life", or something. FAQS: You continue to be nothing but a consummate professional Ms. Vaughn. Before I wrap up, where can your fans see you next? ANGIE VAUGHN: You Gee Dub See Synergy! I have a bit of ground to make up there as well. Too bee aitch, thing haven't gone all that well for me lately on a professional level. BUT! Never too late to turn it around. Everybody hits rough patches from time to time, I guess. Gotta keep believing in myself. That's the only way forward. I have a lot of people who support me, so I can't let them down! FAQS: Hey, rough patches or no, you’re still a champion! Thank you very much for sharing your time today! ANGIE VAUGHN: No probz! -FIN-

QUICK HITS4/13/2018 GAME DAY INTERVIEWF. Alexander Quinn interviews your favorite Hit Girls following game 2 against the Los Angeles Stars on 13 April 2018!
FAQS: Ms. Cotton! I’d love to interview you about the game with The Stars and the controversial penalty that took your game winning score off the boards. ROXY COTTON: Well, okay. But I don't think I need to remind you that there was no penalty and the referee was just wrong. I think he might have been betting on the game. FAQS: That is quite a charge, but the replay clearly showed you punching the defender before you got free and made that catch. Are you really telling everyone that was a legal play? ROXY COTTON: That's what Coach Heel told me to do! Why would he tell me to do something if it was against the rules? This is just punishment and overreach from a league that doesn't want its players to be outspoken! It's a crooked system designed to keep the balance of power out of our hands. It's racist! FAQS: That’s a hell of a charge! Especially the part you call racist. Errr...can I ask what the racist part is? ROXY COTTON: I don't know bb that's just what Lavar told me. Big Baller Brand! FAQS: Oh! That’s...weird. Anyway, it seems that you’ve taken to Coach Heel’s philosophy of being more aggressive; though your team is still 0 and 2. Are you sure that philosophy is worth it? ROXY COTTON: We aren't 0-2 because of me. I was all over the field! I didn't fumble like Mil or lose 40 yards like Kenzi did. If I wasn't playing so hard we wouldn't have even been able to come as close as we did to winning! If everyone played as good as me and Angie then we'd be undefeated! FAQS: You AND Angie?! You two seem to have sorted out your issues since the UGWC Trios Tournament. Can I ask how that change came about? ROXY COTTON: Well I mean I knew she would eventually come to understand that I was right the whole time and she wasn't. She's like almost as smart as me, you know? Super smart. So it was only a matter of time and waiting for her to figure it out for herself. She knows she's my girl and that I'll always be there for her no matter what, and that definitely includes the LFL field. She's so good! FAQS: Her play has been quite good; exceptional actually. Many felt she was robbed of Defensive Player of the Game honors. ROXY COTTON: She was! Other than me, she was definitely the MVP of the game. FAQS: That’s big of you to put her two interception performance over your 141 receiving yards. ROXY COTTON: Well, right below it. That's what I meant. Which is still REALLY good! FAQS: Before I let you go, I heard that LAW, the federation you are a champion in, is closing its doors. Do you have any plans for finding a new wrestling organization to call home? ROXY COTTON: I have some irons in the fire. After Lord of Trios happened a while back, I was left sick for days because of the Court poisoning me and cheating to win. So for now I'm planning on getting some revenge on their... what does that one girl call them? Slopes? Yeah. Eden Morgan is a slope, and I'm going to ski her ass into the ground! FAQS: Well, I’m sure the fans will be excited to see that! Maybe you’ll even be able to rally the Cool Kids! Is there anything you’d like to add before I let you go? ROXY COTTON: Well I think I can for sure since I'm the leader. Ummmm... Buy my merchandise! FAQS: Thank you very much Ms. Cotton, I think they all will! ROXY COTTON: Yay! -FIN-

QUICK HITS4/13/2018 GAME DAY INTERVIEWF. Alexander Quinn interviews your favorite Hit Girls following game 2 against the Los Angeles Stars on 13 April 2018!
FAQS: Mrs. Lacklan, do you have time to talk about your game with The Stars? Don’t worry, I am fluent in French, so I can translate for our readers. Aveline Lacklan: Le sigh. Yes, Monsieur, I have time. And no, you will not need to translate. I suspect that you would do something stupid like use the Bing or Google translator and get everything wrong. I will lower myself to the level of you cows and use an inferior language. FAQS: Gee, thanks! I think... First off, thanks for taking the time. I know you’ve been quite busy with things since the terrible accident at the homeless shelter a few days ago. Aveline Lacklan: It has been difficult, but important work always is. And I have found a place for those effected to live not too far from their streets in Bangor. FAQS: I’m sure you want to issue some sort of thanks to your Hit Girls teammates for donating the gate to assist in those people. You can do it now if you like. Aveline Lacklan: All thanks in that regard go to our manager, Sidney Grey. She is one of the most beautiful people I have met in the last year, inside and out, and a fantastic mother. No doubt it was those superior maternal instincts which led her to champion my cause. FAQS: Wow! I don’t think anyone had ever said that of Sid, ever! I know her daughter hasn’t. Leading me to my next question; people are saying that you intentionally missed a block on the last play of the game that resulted in Kenzi Grey taking a rather big hit. Please address that. Aveline Lacklan: God works in mysterious ways. Sometimes He wants you to make a block. Sometimes He does not. Either way, perhaps the child should work on her evasion skills, if she is to be so fragile. It is no wonder why there is such a movement for a replacement. FAQS: There are rumors that she was injured on the play. Are you meaning to say that you don’t feel responsible because it’s God’s will? Aveline Lacklan: It would be blasphemous to take credit for His will, in either case. Still, I suppose it is a good thing the child retired from wrestling. Weak constitution and body, that one. I suppose a lifetime of drinking and whoring will do that to you. FAQS: A few players on the team have expressed their displeasure with your judgmental attitude. Does it bother you that your teammates feel like they are under constant attack by you? Aveline Lacklan: I care not if their feelings are hurt by the truth. As my husband is fond of saying, it is my job to hold up the mirror, and theirs to be shamed by their reflection. I am not bothered by their anger but by their refusal to change. Nearly all of them are whores and miscreants to their core, but I hold faith that I can bring them to the Path of Light. Mind you, not everyone is terrible. Roxy has hope, if she would just marry Vinny already, and Coda is a lovely woman FAQS: Where can the fans see you next? Aveline Lacklan: Tonight in Chicago where I face Dave Rydell for UGWC. I am their Champion of Chaos and will defend my title at No Holds Barred next Monday. FAQS: Well, best of luck to you Ma’am! Aveline Lacklan: I do not need luck. I have Him -FIN-

SHOTS FIRED4/20/2018 GAME DAY RECAPThe Doctor & Venus review game 3 of the LFL regular season between the Los Angeles Blackout and The Cincinnati Hit GirlsGAME DAY FINALBLACKOUT 45 – HIT GIRLS 10 “DOCTOR” JOHNNY FEVER: Game 3 has come and gone and unfortunately this one was nothing at all to write home about. This was a 35 point blowout with Angie Vaughn and Milisandre Crowthorne bookending the only points that would be scored by the Hit Girls. Angie put up 3 in the first quarter and Mili broke loose for a 5 yard touchdown to show a bit of effort at the end on the offense. VENUS FLYTRAP: I have been saying this since last season…FIRE KENZI GREY! No matter which way you slice it up jack, this is all on her shoulders! Everybody knew she got hurt at the end of the last game and everybody knew she shouldn’t have played, yet SOME HOW she managed to get herself cleared, just so she could toss two interceptions and scramble for -22 yards! The General Manager, Sidney Grey talked about benching her before the game, but apparently Kenzi can just decide she’s not leaving the game! “DOCTOR” JOHNNY FEVER: I don’t think that is the case at all Venus. Kenzi got cleared by the LFL to play and she had a bad game. It wasn’t the only bad game that was played on Friday, but yes, it was one of the most glaring. Maybe instead of focusing on what Kenzi did wrong, we should focus on what she did right? She showed heart by staying in the game and leading the team through all 4 quarters when she could have just quit. VENUS FLYTRAP: Correction; SHOULD have just quit! Let’s not beat around the damn bush here, the only reason she still has the starting position on this team is because she is married to the majority owner, which means we are stuck with her because any other team would have cut her months ago! “DOCTOR” JOHNNY FEVER: I know that you and the rest of the Cincy fans are upset with the fact that this team that has so much talent is just not winning, but the fact of the matter is that it takes time to figure this game out. Many of these players still don’t have a grasp on all the rules. Look no further than the mounting penalties that the girls have collected over the past 3 games. It’s clear that Kenzi isn’t the only issue here. VENUS FLYTRAP: Penalties! Yeah, let’s talk about that! Last week we got screwed at the end of the game by a phantom penalty that was called on Roxy Cotton, hashtag the best damn wide receiver in the LFL! In this game, she comes out and has to play soft because the referees are all over her like a cheap suit! Our leading receiver can’t be getting handcuffed like that! “DOCTOR” JOHNNY FEVER: Roxy’s penalty was justified and she was fined for it, so let’s not revisit that again. Yes, Roxy was forced to play soft this game for fear of another penalty that might cost her a suspension, but she is going to have to just play her game, while being careful and staying within the rules. VENUS FLYTRAP: NO! Roxy needs be Roxy and the referees need to save the laundry for their wives! People are paying to see the girls out there on the field playing hard, not flags being thrown left and right for 60 minutes! “DOCTOR” JOHNNY FEVER: Everyone is entitled to an opinion I guess. With that, Cincy falls even further behind in the division with a trip to Hawaii looming. Until next time, I am The Doctor… VENUS FLYTRAP: …and I’m Venus… “DOCTOR” JOHNNY FEVER: We will see you on the next Game Day when Cincy visits the Havok! See you then!
