“Doctor” Johnny Fever: This is SHOTS FIRED! I’m your neighborhood doctor making house calls day and night, and here with Venus Flytrap, my main man who is out of sight!
Venus Flytrap: Thanks for the into Doc! This week, I am ready to get into it, no games, just straight talk, and I don’t care who’s feelings get hurt!
“Doctor” Johnny Fever: Well, I’m certainly interested on what you could possibly have to say about last week’s win over Elon’s Muskrats. There are some teams that you are tailormade for and The Muskrats appears to be that team for Cincy. In particular, Angie Vaughn has secured two Offensive Player of the Game awards off them, with this most recent game being the most impressive. Three touchdowns off 301 yards passing. Arguably, she should have had a fourth, but Coach pulled her out of the game.
Venus Flytrap: Okay, you want me to kiss Angie’s ass? FINE! She did great this game…BUT I think we all know that she plays favorites out there and it was evident when she spent all of her time looking for Dix instead of Roxy!
“Doctor” Johnny Fever: Are you even being serious right now?!
Venus Flytrap: DEAD ASS! A lot of people were bitching and crying when Coach pulled Vaughn out of the game…but did you see what happened after he did? Cobb comes in and hits Katie TWICE and scores!
“Doctor” Johnny Fever: What’s your point?
Venus Flytrap: Angie hasn’t so much as looked in Katie’s direction all season, and the back up comes in and hits her twice, like she’s the only player on the field! Tell me this Doc, what is this favoritism all about?
“Doctor” Johnny Fever: Wait, so you’re not going to roast Cobb for not throwing to Roxy?
Venus Flytrap: …
“Doctor” Johnny Fever: Well?
Venus Flytrap: I’ll get to that!
“Doctor” Johnny Fever: No, we are going to get to the game that Dixon had on Offense and Defense instead! Dixon hauled in a pair of touchdowns and had a tremendous day on Defense with seven tackles and 2 sacks. If Vaughn hadn’t had such big game, Dixon would have easily pulled the rare double PoG honor. Now, what do you have to say about that?
Venus Flytrap: She needs to make up her damn mind! Does she want to play on Offense or Defense!
“Doctor” Johnny Fever: Now you’re just being ridiculous! I can’t wait for her to catch you after a game. I bet you won’t say any of that to her face!
Venus Flytrap: You’re right…I’ll probably have a lot of NEW stuff to say about her!
“Doctor” Johnny Fever: I want to shift the talk to Salvatore-Spencer. In recent weeks her play has continued to elevate. She has found the endzone in multiple ways and this last game, she also showcased some hard tackling, as she led the team with 8. No question, she’s playing very good ball, however; the fumbles…you called Dixon Butterfingers, but shouldn’t that title go to Salvatore-Spencer instead?
Venus Flytrap: Look, Maria has more pressure on her to perform than anyone else! Coach is out there screaming at the other players for practice and one game a week…Maria has to hear that man 24/7! You can’t tell me that she doesn’t have it worse than everyone else!
“Doctor” Johnny Fever: Now you’re just going off the deep end. ANYWAY! The Hit Girls are going to be hosting our friends from South of the Border on Monday night in a game that is sure to be a classic! Mexico and Cincy have had a ‘friendly’ rivalry over social media for some time, in no small part due to Claire Rogers, who Coach Raheem attempted to recruit in the off-season. This week, The Hit Girls have a chance to shut her up. What about it Venus?
Venus Flytrap: I really enjoy the way that Claire goes after people on social media, but…this Monday night is going to be put up or shut up time for her. Both teams have a lot on the line, but no one has more heat on them to perform than Claire. If they leave with an “L” she might have to deactivate her account!
“Doctor” Johnny Fever: We can only hope!
Venus Flytrap: Not me…she’s got a banging ass!
