We interview the bundle of red fury that has fought the world, across the world! She is the face behind Firestarter Brand and the Lacklan wrestling legacy!
CIRCLE TV: First things, first. Congratulations on capturing the prestigious Unified Global Wrestling Coalition Cross-Hemisphere title at Battleground!
SARAH SELENA GREY-LACKLAN: Thank you very much! This is something that I have fought ten long months for, and I am honored and pleased it happened in The Coalition.
CIRCLE TV: Not only that, but a title with a rich history dating back to 2001 and against a two-time Champion, no less. One of the best in UGWC!
SARAH SELENA GREY-LACKLAN: Without doubt, Lucy Wylde is an incredible competitor. And as I told her, we only answered who was better that night.
CIRCLE TV: Wylde has been one of your toughest competitors. Where would you put her on your list of talent among those in UGWC?
SARAH SELENA GREY-LACKLAN: Absolutely Top 3. Only Eden [Morgan] and Jet [Somers] could be considered above her in my opinion, and even that is debatable.
CIRCLE TV: So, if you were set to face Wylde again and you managed to defeat her and retain your title, what would be next for you in UGWC?
SARAH SELENA GREY-LACKLAN: Being the greatest Cross-Hemisphere champion they have ever seen. I will bring glory and honor to the title and company.
CIRCLE TV: Let’s stay with UGWC a bit. A powerful faction has risen there, in The Court. What are your thoughts on them and what they mean to UGWC?
SARAH SELENA GREY-LACKLAN: I see them and like what they represent. They want order in the chaos, control in the fire. I like that. A shame Killian [King] is there
CIRCLE TV: If you were extended the opportunity, would you join them in their mission to bring ‘order’ to UGWC?
SARAH SELENA GREY-LACKLAN: No comment at this time.
CIRCLE TV: Interesting, let’s move on. You are also a member of Elysium Pro Wrestling and you’re the #1 contender to yet another championship. Tell us about it.
SARAH SELENA GREY-LACKLAN: I was one of the original eight and a finalist in the first tourney. I then became #1 Contender but drew with the champ. We end this on the 19th [of November 2017].
CIRCLE TV: We are talking about Erik Holland. What do you think it will take to defeat a man of his obvious skill?
SARAH SELENA GREY-LACKLAN: Please pardon my eye roll. Holland has done nothing since that initial tournament, a tournament on which be practically got a bye the first round. He only survived the second time because of some dude interfering. But this time? He has no escape or hope.
CIRCLE TV: So you’re calling your shot? Putting Holland and the rest of Elysium on notice?
SARAH SELENA GREY-LACKLAN: Absolutely. Hallowed Ground [Elysium Pro Wrestling PPV] is MY time.
CIRCLE TV: This is becoming a theme. You are also #1 Contender to Crystal Millar’s Ladies All-Star Wrestling Marquee Title. How will you manage another opportunity?
SARAH SELENA GREY-LACKLAN: By focusing on what matters and when. I spent months fighting across the world, but I am taking my time with each of these opportunities.
CIRCLE TV: The champion has been very quiet leading up to your confrontation at the next LAW PPV [Night of Glory IV]. Is this gamesmanship or her not taking you seriously?
SARAH SELENA GREY-LACKLAN: I would say that it is just an example of shitty LAW singles champions. She is one in a long line and we BOTH know how she became champ.
CIRCLE TV: Let’s stay with LAW. Your friend Roxy Cotton is there as the Chaos Champ, but there’s a bit controversy with the Breakout Title. Another friend, Milisandre Crowthorne and your wife, Kenzi Grey-Lacklan have laid claim to it. What do you think about the tension between them?
SARAH SELENA GREY-LACKLAN: Professional animosity, nothing more. We are in a business where most lose and few are held up as champions. We fight. That includes friends.
CIRCLE TV: Pick a winner if LAW pits them against one another.
SARAH SELENA GREY-LACKLAN: My wife, Mackenzie Michaela Grey-Lacklan, of course. Milisandre is a dear friend, but my bounds of matrimony are in the eyes of God Himself.
CIRCLE TV: We honestly didn’t expect that answer. Would you mind talking about the Lingerie Football League and your ownership of the Cincinnati Hit Girls?
SARAH SELENA GREY-LACKLAN: Of course! My favorite mad scheme of my wife's!
CIRCLE TV: You’re a successful wrestler, clothing brand owner, but the Hit Girls are the worst team in the league, but everyone talks about them, why?
SARAH SELENA GREY-LACKLAN: Er...um...We are on the lips of everyone because: Jelly Belly Bitches.
CIRCLE TV: Would you mind taking some questions that fans have sent in?
SARAH SELENA GREY-LACKLAN: I would LOVE to!
RoseFan69: Are you angry that the Marquee Champion has no time to acknowledge the “so-called” challenge that you pose?
SARAH SELENA GREY-LACKLAN: Not at all. She had no time to be anything but an embarrassment to the Bombshells. She has no time to do anything besides lose 90% of her matches. She has no time left to be champion.
DeadGirlST: What are your thoughts on Maggie Lockheart? She’s is one of my FAVORITE stars!
SARAH SELENA GREY-LACKLAN: Mags and I are two hungry rookies who like to kick each other in the teeth as hard as possible. And she doesn't know it yet, but she will be seeing her favorite UGWC Cross-Hemisphere VERY soon!
BloodPrincessFan: Sarah, how did you manage to work out your marital mix up troubles? I heard that Ashley Marie Chase pulled a few strings and got things straightened out.
SARAH SELENA GREY-LACKLAN: It is the oddest story, and one I am not even completely sure about. We were looking at a process of daunting length but she, apparently, was privy to information which sped up the process. However, I do not know what information that was, at this time.
BloodPrincessFan: Well, I’m sure you were very appreciative! How have you thanked her?
SARAH SELENA GREY-LACKLAN: Let’s just say, as much as could be expected.
HighStakesScout: Would you be scared of taking on Paragon, after what they did to Mizore [Payne] at SummerBreakdown [High Stakes Wrestling’s PPV]?"
SARAH SELENA GREY-LACKLAN: I am afraid of no one. And unlike that child Brittany [Jenson], I wouldn't pick a fight but only fight in my home fed.
BronieBoy: What’s your favorite song, and why?
SARAH SELENA GREY-LACKLAN: I suppose it is a tie. "Love on the Brain" because it is my wedding song and "Jesus Loves Me" because He does.
DucesMalone: If you weren’t a wrestler, where would you be and what would you be doing?
SARAH SELENA GREY-LACKLAN: I imagine running the family business. I will when I retire, and it was what my father wished for me initially, but I have someone in charge of that for the time being.
TheLENA: I [CENSORED] your wife.
SARAH SELENA GREY-LACKLAN: Pardon?
TheLENA: Oops! Not a question!
SARAH SELENA GREY-LACKLAN: My wife has learned just how difficult and cutthroat the fashion and modeling industries are.
Hinnys123: It seems like you and Honey Sunshine are really getting closer on the Cheer Squad. What changed?
SARAH SELENA GREY-LACKLAN: Why are you making me want to barf? It is bad enough that she tastes like crap, I REALLY don't need to talk about the Equipment Manager!!!
TripsMeh: If you are fighting the world, across the world, why haven’t you showed up in High Stakes Wrestling Federation yet?
SARAH SELENA GREY-LACKLAN: I have THOUGHT about working over there, perhaps in the tag team ranks, but my schedule has been full with international travel. On the list.
DerbyGal69: Who would you team with if you came to High Stakes Wrestling?
SARAH SELENA GREY-LACKLAN: I would probably con one of my Cool Kid sistren with me. Preferable my wife for Team Kickass, but any combo of us would beat down!
ChilliHulu: Who wears the pants in your relationship?
SARAH SELENA GREY-LACKLAN: A matter of equality. It is a major tenant of my relationship with my wife. We are equals. We both get to be the bitch!
ChilliHulu: That question was actually about you and Milisandre Crowthorne.
SARAH SELENA GREY-LACKLAN: Oh hardy har har. But probably me.
JackN2U: What happened to you after the football game [on November 27th]?
SARAH SELENA GREY-LACKLAN: As I made in a public statement the other night, I was assaulted after a Hit Girl social, but the authorities have him in custody.
JackN2U: I heard you were drunk off your ass! Were you being a tease?
SARAH SELENA GREY-LACKLAN: I...MAY...have had a few too many drinks in the spirit of the evening. But I can assure you, no one raped or almost raped is a tease.
CIRCLE TV: We apologize for that rather rude question. Thank you for answering that all the same. With that, we will wrap up. Is there anything you’d like to add?
SARAH SELENA GREY-LACKLAN: Just that I plan on continuing to show the world that I am exactly who I say I am: The dawning of a new age of this business, bottom to top.
