Let’s talk about WORDS, shall we? Word are powerful…at least when we decide that we are going to make them powerful, or give them more weight than another. Today I was called on the carpet by Jenson Idol…not for any words that I had spoken, but words uttered by a friend of mine during a very heated argument several weeks ago. Now, I’ll have to paraphrase because I wasn’t actually privy to every single word; but after one friend of mines (let’s call her Friend B) decided it was a good idea to mock another friend (let’s call her Friend A), words were exchanged and Friend A told Friend B that she hopes she has a miscarriage…or words to that affect. Suffice to say that social media lost its collective mind…yet…I have to admit to you that I was not phased in the least.
Mind you, very close friends of mines who know me pretty well felt that I was wrong NOT to be outraged. In fact, more than a few of them that no longer bother speaking to me, thought that it was my civic duty to pick a side by stating whether I support baby murder. I can honestly say to you all that while I do not care for babies or children in general, I do not see how anyone is going to raise their hand and proclaim that the murder of children is a good thing. In my opinion, if you have to ask the question, you are NOT the smartest person in the room or you are routinely surrounded by people who commit murder...but you are unsure WHO they prefer to murder. Apparently those friends fall into the latter category...only because I refuse to believe that they are that stupid.
Regardless, I stood by my principles and allowed the Social Justice Warriors to get tired of trying to recruit me into their ridiculous band of thoughtless idiocy. Fast forward to today…where no baby has yet to be murdered, and then…out of the blue, I get this from that paragon of virtue, Jenson Idol, who is trying everything in his power to get under my skin before our match on Friday…
Honestly, when I saw him say this, I got REALLY excited because I thought I had finally run into someone who was going to have something to say that was gonna change my mind on the issue…but…I guess not, since he is just looking to hype a match and because calling me a ‘CUNT’ two thousand times hasn’t triggered me, I guess calling me a BABY MURDERER is going to finally make crazy Kenzi quake in her boots!

Jenson Idol and everyone else who thinks like him…you are an idiot of the highest caliber and if I weren’t so WOKE I would probably weep for you. We are in an age of people who think that because they put more value on certain words and it offends them that others should be equally offended. Words do have power…but they only have the power that you assign to them.
In this particular case, I am not so stupid as to think that one of my friends is going to cause the other to have a miscarriage with the power of her words! I am not an idiot that thinks that when someone wishes something bad on me that it is going to magically come true and I’ll have to burn them as a witch to save myself! If that is what you think, then more power to you, but don’t get mad at me because your words don’t make me tremble and pee my pants!
We are in the age of the pack mentality. When someone decides they don’t like you, it’s open season on you and anyone who doesn’t side with them. Well, I am not a lemming and I won’t let anyone tell me how to think. If someone says something that you don’t like, you have every right to be offended…but you don’t have the right to be offended for me or anyone else! You don’t have the right to ignore context and reality to make me the bad guy of your twisted little fantasy as you try to rally more White Knights to your side. Lastly, you don’t have the right to decide who is and who isn’t perched atop the moral high ground and berate them without getting called on your own failings. If you don’t like what I say…cover your ears and run away because I am not going to give anyone power that they don’t have over what I think or feel.
Now, in Jenson’s case, I know that he is not an advocate for the children, especially since the whole of his social network persona consists of calling women ‘cunts’ ‘slags’ and some other stupid words that I guess are supposed to make me upset or have me block or unfollow him. I know that is what really makes him mad since he was incensed that my wife had the gall to unfollow him on Twitter…maybe she got tired of the endless tweets about ‘cunts’ and ‘slags’ as he does his level best to be the EDGY BAD GUY who LOVES KIDS! But that only further illustrates my point…words can be powerful, if we use them properly…we put thought behind them and we consider the context. Jenson only spews out a string of expletives in the hopes that it makes him seem like a tough guy. In this, he is failing, he seems stupider by the moment. So when this fails, he thinks that his new tactic is that he is now morally superior to me because one of my friends had the nerve to say something that might actual get him a pat on the back or Twitter ‘favs’ because he is no longer the guy who demeans and sexualizes women, he is now a paragon of children’s advocacy…![]()
Jenson, you played yourself just like everyone else did who had the nerve to decide that you’d take something someone said in an A and B argument and spin it to suit your agenda. Here is the truth of the matter Jenson, I have been told many times that I was going to be killed, I was going to be raped, I was going to burn in Hell, I was going to have my uterus dug out with a rusty spoon, and a bunch of other things. There was no outrage, White Knights, or Social Justice Warriors rallying with pitchforks and torches, and do you want to know why? It’s because we all CHOSE to be triggered by words when it suits us to be. No one was going to murder me, rape me, dig my guts out…and no one was going to kick a pregnant woman in the belly either! Everyone knew that, but it was much more fun to be an idiot on Twitter and try to get those little hearts…

The bottom line is that you can keep trying to make me and others feel something by making up things all you like. I know reality from fantasy…and I know a person with an agenda from a freaking idiot! Jenson, if this was your attempt to stir the pot and rehash some old Twitter angst, more power to you brother! However, if this was you truly telling me that you don’t know the difference between saying something bad and DOING something bad…you are an idiot!
