GREY MATTER

It’s a bit early in the morning for blogging, but…your girl is in a mood…so, let’s get into this!
All That Glitters…is Told…
This has been my BIGGEST feature movie project to date and I feel like it’s certainly my best. Of course, the cast of the movie gets ALL the credit, because without their hard work, there is no movie at all! So, thanks to each and every one of those girls and guys in front and behind the camera. I’m so glad that everyone enjoyed their time on this as much as I enjoyed making it.
That being said, I would be remiss if I didn’t address the fact that this movie has changed my life in a lot of unexpected ways. It had been my intention to make this another silly i-Phone movie, but the themes really struck a chord in me and reminded me of my past…and some of the things that I thought about myself that I was completely wrong about…specifically my relationship with JMC. It should come as no surprise that I used that time as inspiration to play my character as a conniving and evil bitch; but what I realized in the middle of shooting was that I was every bit as conniving and evil as she had ever been, I just didn’t want to admit it.
The realizations I came to on this project has profoundly changed me in the most unexpected of ways. One relationship ended; one that I thought was perfect and pure. Another relationship began; born of absolute chaos and debauchery...
...I couldn't be happier or more free right now...
I continue to learn more and more about what makes me who I am every single day and I have my friends, my fans, and this movie to thank for it…good, bad, or indifferent…
Coby Quik…to Judge…
Speaking of movies, SOMEONE recently mentioned one of my gems; "The Blood Princess Bride" I wish it had been "All That Glitters", but I’ll take the sound bite where I can get it!
I’m an attention whore…and I will never deny it; but I really wish that the people paying me all this wonderful attention would let me know that they are doing it and would at least get most of the facts right! Case in point, my ‘friend’ Coby cannot stop talking about me in DARC. He’s pretty much obsessed with me; but I can’t say that I blame him…I am pretty fucking awesome…I just wish he’d not be so creepy about it! I have had my fair share of stalkers before, but this is next level! He actually took the time to research the filmography of the Circle Television Network…I’m not sure that I have even done that, and I work for them! But…I totally intend to now…
…as amusing as that is to me, allow me to get to the actual point…
Coby apparently has a problem with me stemming my relationship with Chris Andrew and a short film I made in fun. The details are not really important since Coby thinks he knows everything and has already made up his mind about me. At the end of the day, I can’t say that I really care one way or the other, especially since my relationship with Chris has always been one where we mock each other and have fun at the other’s expense. If there was truly malice there, I would have never asked Chris to be on my television show and he would have damn sure never agreed to appear. So, if that is the source of Coby’s pretend angst, then that is personal problem that is all on him.
The real issue is that Coby is grasping at straws to try to dig at Rayven Hardy; but I guess you just make up shit when you don’t really have anything real to use against someone. I’m not mad at Coby…honestly I’m glad that he’s putting me over and getting me Twitter and internet traffic that I would otherwise not have access to. So, in that…THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!
By all means…continue to keep my name on your lips…you have NO idea how truly happy it makes me! I really wish that you'd get the facts right, but beggars can't be choosy, so this will have to do my friend!
That's so...Rayven Hardy
Well, I can’t talk about one side of the coin without talking about the other! The other day in a radio interview Rayven revealed that she and I were going to be working on a project or two together and the internet had a hissy fit (or…jealous haters looking for a way to take shots at her thought they had some ammo).
Allow me to start by saying this; Rayven is an amazing girl and an amazing talent inside the ring. Like me, she’s really young and she’s ambitious, but unlike me she is ridiculously talented and she really likes to push herself to the limit. She made it abundantly clear that competition inside the ring comes first and anything she does on film is secondary. I think her work ethic speaks for itself in that regard, so people who want to try to bash her should probably find something real instead of just making up shit to suit their own narrative!
I am a bad person…HELL…I’m a TERRIBLE person, but that’s nurture…not nature. I had a mother that was a terrible role model, I had a mentor (Violet Ripley) who was a terrible role model, and I had string of haters that walked in and out of my life who were all equally terrible people. Rayven is not like any of them. Instead of vilifying her for being something she’s not…why don’t you recognize her for what she is; a 19 year old girl who has accomplished more in her short span of time on this planet than most others accomplish their entire lives!
Bashing her for wanting to do even more isn't an indictment on her, she's a proud champion who is paying it forward and putting her company first...all of your salt is an indictment on YOU for not being half as ambitious and talented as she is...
Hate on that!
Okay, that is going to do it for today! As always, I’ll be seeing you all…very soon!
